Lowes came to us with a simple problem, how do we stand out in a sea of competitors?

We helped Lowe’s relaunch their tool line, Kobalt by completing a months-long research and social listening campaign. We used software like Sysomos and good old-fashioned research to compile a comprehensive review of their competition.

Once that was done, we developed several strategic positioning recommendations for the Kobalt team, from social strategies to OOH and community engagement campaigns.

The end result was an organically integrated social presence that fell within Lowe’s value system. Kobalt is still a growing brand but now inhabits a unique position among competitors like Craftsman and Stihl.
